The Organisation for Leadership & Strategy Development (OLSD) is an international non-governmental organisation headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, working across the economic and social field of business and industry.
Through our e-learning platform and flagship programmes, we give African youth access to multiple streams of opportunity and support the creation of novel innovations — an app, a website, a game, or something else entirely — that help address the long-term challenges that followed the COVID-19 pandemic. Our work is organised in partnership with distinguished global partners.
