Programmes that open multiple streams of opportunity

Our e-learning platform and flagship programme equip African youth to learn, build, lead and recover stronger — convened with global partners and distinguished young leaders.

Our flagship approach

For youth, by youth

We give African youth access to multiple opportunity streams and support novel innovations — an app, website, game or something else entirely — that help address the long-term challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our programmes are organised under the banner of the United Nations and in partnership with distinguished global partners. In the spirit of “for youth, by youth,” the organising committee includes distinguished young leaders, and we assemble partners, media and personalities for maximum visibility.

E-Learning Platform

Our digital e-learning platform removes geographic and economic barriers, giving African youth structured access to multiple streams of knowledge and opportunity. Learners build the foundational, digital and professional skills needed to thrive in a post-pandemic economy — at their own pace and alongside a supportive cohort.

  • Accessible digital curricula across multiple skill streams
  • Guided learning pathways with mentor support
  • Skills aligned to business, industry and entrepreneurship

Pathway 02 · Technology

Innovation & Digital Creation

We support young creators to develop novel innovations — whether an app, a website, a game, or something else entirely — that respond to long-term development challenges. Through challenges, labs and partner mentorship, ideas move from concept to working solutions that serve communities.

  • Idea-to-product support for apps, websites, games and tools
  • Mentorship from distinguished partners and technologists
  • Solutions targeted at real post-pandemic challenges

Youth Leadership & Strategy

Great leaders are developed, not simply discovered. Our workshops, summits and mentorship circles cultivate strategic thinking, ethical judgment and public voice — placing distinguished young leaders on stage and on organising committees, where they shape the agenda itself.

  • Leadership workshops and youth summits
  • Strategy and decision-making capacity building
  • Young leaders embedded in organising and governance

Pathway 04 · Resilience

Community Resilience & the SDGs

Recovery is local. We work with communities on sustainable livelihoods, economic resilience and action toward the Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring that leadership and strategy translate into tangible, lasting improvements in people's lives long after the pandemic.

  • Community-led resilience and livelihood initiatives
  • Alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals
  • Partnerships that scale local solutions globally
How we work

A model built for visibility and scale

Youth-led organising

Distinguished young leaders sit on our organising committees, shaping programmes rather than merely attending them.

Global partners

We convene distinguished partners across civil society, academia, media and industry under a shared international banner.

Maximum visibility

We assemble media and personalities so that youth-led innovation reaches the audiences it deserves.
